Gently used furniture and bedding that is clean, tear and stain free is an ongoing need and the requests outnumber what we are able to provide. It is not uncommon to have sixty referral requests pending.

The warehouse is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 (noon) to 4:00 pm, Wednesdays from 12:00 (noon) to 8:00 pm (seasonal, call ahead) and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 (noon). The Mission is located at 209 N. Nesmith in Sioux Falls. It is helpful if you call us at 605-977-6800 to let us know when you will arrive and to assure that we will be open.

If you cannot deliver, we have volunteers who can pick it up. Call the Mission at 605-977-6800 to arrange a time for pick-up.

A receipt will be provided for tax purposes.

Requested needs at any given time may include:

• Bedding (quilts, blankets, sheet sets, pillows, etc.)
• Kitchen Tables/Chairs
• Couches & Loveseats
• Rockers & Recliners
• Dressers & Chest of Drawers
• Coffee Tables & End Tables
• Towels
• Lamps
• Microwaves
• Television Sets

We also are in need of financial contributions in order to meet the needs of our day-to-day operating expenses. We rely on our church community, individuals, businesses, civic organizations and grants for funding. An important part of our ministry but very costly is that we are able to pick up donated furniture and deliver to those in need. This requires fuel, maintenance, license, and insurance on our 5 trucks and 1 mini-van.

If funding is available we build tables and bunk boards in our carpenter shop when donations of tables and twin beds are low.
